5 WEEKS TO A HEALTHIER YOU

Join us on this exclusive 1-on-1 You & Your Crew Challenge and feel the support of the incredible Seri Kravitz and your own 7-person accountability group as we take you on a 5-week adventure. Earn weekly prizes and stand a chance to win our grand prize.

This Challenge is available exclusively to existing 1-on-1 Coaching Clients who want to further bolster their experience and results on the 1-on-1 Program with incredible, extra support and motivation. While your eating plan, exercise plan and daily communication with your Coach remains the same, joining this Challenge will give you an extra two 45-minute workout sessions every Tuesday and Saturday, with access to exclusive Ed sessions. There are weekly themes, daily questions, JEFF Eds and lots of fun.

This Challenge incorporates “people need people”. Instead of doing this Challenge alone, we want you to rely on your crew. To look introspectively to gain more out of this than just external, to have some fun in the workouts and challenge yourself.

MEET SERI

Meet Seri, our JEFF Unicorn! This fiery, professional water polo player played international level for over 10 years, both in the US, South Africa and Australia. With a heart for others, Seri is passionate about not only engaging with, but helping individuals discover and realise their value and worth. She firmly believes that exercise is a mind and body cleanser - and the healing power behind this!

Seri is married to the love of her life, Jay, and together they have a darling baby girl, Kaia as well as the cutest pups on the planet. Seri and her family are currently based in the USA.

How do I sign up for a Challenge?

Sign up for the challenge by selecting the button above and you will be automatically directed to checkout.

If you are not a 1-on-1 Personal Coaching client, you will need to purchase your membership by clicking here and then come back to this page to purchase your Challenge.

How long do I have to sign up for the Challenge?

You have until midnight on Saturday the 25th of September to sign up. No late sign ups will be accepted so be sure to register before then!

Is this Challenge for beginners, intermediate or advanced?

Anyone can do this challenge - as Seri will offer low impact variations to every exercise.

What will I be expected to eat during the Challenge?

You will follow your 1-on-1 Nutrition Plan.

What equipment will I need on this Challenge?

Dumbbells/weights, a chair, a pillow, a mat and a skipping rope (if you have one)

Will I get Coach support and advice in these Challenges?

Seri will be guiding you through your challenge for extra daily support over and above the support of your 1-on-1 coach.

What is this 7-person accountability group about?

Sticking to any plan can be tough. At JEFF, we know how important support and community is to helping you achieve those hard to reach goals.

You will be part of a 7-person accountability WhatsApp group. Either you will be allocated to one or you will pre-select your group by registering for the challenge together with a group of 7 people you already know.

Each day you will post a post-workout selfie to this group, as well as pictures of your breakfast, lunch and dinner meals. That’s it! And everyone will do this to the group to keep each other motivated and accountable to nailing the challenge requirements each and every day.

What happens if I fall ill or cannot continue the Challenge?

When completing the exercises in each challenge, listen to your body and be careful. If you are not comfortable with the exercise use one of the alternative exercises provided.

If you do get injured during the challenge, or cannot complete the challenge due to circumstances out of your control, please reach out to our team at jeff.challenges@fitnessfaculty.club and we can advise you on the next steps forward.
