To give everyone a chance to start their year right, JEFF will be running weekly challenges for the whole of January starting every Monday.
Each challenge begins by writing down and sharing that week’s goal, then log your progress each day to earn a badge in the JEFF Web App for that challenge. Earning the challenge badge automatically puts you into a lucky draw to win awesome prizes.

Log 5 workouts and share your goals for the week to win.
Stand to win a pair of UltraBoost trainers by logging 5 workouts this week. Don't forget to share your week's goal on JEFF Together and log your progress each day on the JEFF Web App to automatically be in the running to earn the adidas badge and be part of the lucky draw.
Wellness Warehouse Challenge
11 - 17 January 2021
Log 5 nutrition dots and share your goals for the week to win.
Logging 5 healthy nutrition days on the JEFF Web App between the 11th and 17th of January puts you in the running to win a Wellness Warehouse hamper (and gets you a badge in the JEFF Web App). To earn your dots in the JEFF Web App, follow these steps: Menu’ → ‘Live Classes’ in the web app. You’ll see a card that says ‘Log my nutrition’ at the top of the ‘Live Classes’ page, under the dates. Ticking all 5 boxes earns you the Green Dot Day and gets you your green dot.

Log 5 workouts and share your goals for the week to earn your badge.
Stand to win an incredible prize with GoldFish, the international music sensation. You could win a 15-minute GoldFish private gig for you and your friends. You need to complete the first two challenges above, and log 5 workouts between the 18th and 24th of January to be in the running to win this prize!
