  1. Make sure you have installed our web app and it is on your phone’s home screen.

👉 Go to club.jeff.fitness and log in with your username and password.

📲 Follow our simple guide to use JEFF like an app — no need to download from the app store.

  1. Complete your preferences so we can recommend exercise programs and tailor your nutrition plan to achieve your goals.

  1. Choose your first exercise program and nutrition plan, and decide on the day that you will get started. We recommend you choose a Monday, but if you’d like to start today, let’s do that!

  2. Select your fitness level and browse the available exercise programmes — Beginner, intermediate or advanced

  1. On your first day, take a workout selfie and post it in the web app to get your red exercise dot. See how to log your dots here.

How JEFF Club works

  • Do a check in. Know where you’re at so you know when you improve!

  • Join an accountability group

  • Live classes can be found here (you don’t have to do it live - do it at your own time.) On Tuesdays and Saturdays we join live classes.

    • Logging dots (how?...2:22 video)

      • Log 3 meals daily; Log 1 exercise dot (or rest day) daily. This will give you a green dot day! Collect 5/7 and stand a chance to win prizes and get rewards
