๐ฒ Follow our simple guide to use JEFF like an app โ no need to download from the app store.

Complete your preferences so we can recommend exercise programs and tailor your nutrition plan to achieve your goals.

Choose your first exercise program and nutrition plan, and decide on the day that you will get started. We recommend you choose a Monday, but if youโd like to start today, letโs do that!

Select your fitness level and browse the available exercise programmes โ Beginner, intermediate or advanced

On your first day, take a workout selfie and post it in the web app to get your red exercise dot. See how to log your dots here.
