How do I sign up for a Course?

1) Select your course above and complete your purchase. You'll receive emails containing all the information you'll need.

2) If you are not a JEFF Life member, you will need to purchase your membership by clicking here, to gain access to the JEFF Web App and your course before the presentation starts.

  • 3) When the course presentation starts, on 26th July, you’ll be able to access your course via the JEFF Web App.

Can I do a JEFF Course if I am on a Challenge or on 1-1?

Yes, JEFF Courses are available to anyone who has a JEFF Membership (Life, 1-on-1 or Challenges).

What do I get in a JEFF Course?

You’ll get 14 modules comprising daily 15 minute videos as well as your daily course notes to support what you are learning. Each course concludes with a 1-hour Q&A, live on Facebook. You’ll receive a certificate of completion, delivered after the course’s conclusion!

How do I access the course?

You’ll access the course in our Web App and you’ll receive notifications of daily modules via email. You’ll also be added to your course Facebook group, where the latest modules will be shared.

Can I do more than one course at a time?

If you have the time, you most certainly can!

Please note: courses, just like our fitness programs, need to be purchased one at a time. I.e. you can join two courses, but you'll need to go through the checkout process twice.
