The next steps in the JEFF Evolution
Firstly, we’d like to thank you for your ongoing support. We truly value being able to be a part of your lives and work together to be healthier and ultimately happier.
As a valued member we would like to give you all the information about our plans for the rest of the year, our new Native App launch and how this impacts you.
Our Native App is launching next week!
After a year of loads of hard work behind the scenes, the first version of our Native App will go live in the course of next week! We will be sure to let you know, via email & our social platforms, as soon as it’s available for download on Google Play and Apple App Stores.
As a reminder, the following features will be available to you on the Native App:
- - A more intuitive and user-friendly experience.
- - Enhanced performance for faster access to your favorite fitness resources.
- - Exclusive features that will make your workouts, nutrition resources and tracking even more enjoyable.
- - Fitness device integration
So, what changes - and what stays the same?
As an existing client - not much changes for you and your subscription. The Web App and Native App use the same database - so all your activity and subscription information is still stored safely.
The real change is only positive as you will be able to experience the next step in the #JEFFEvolution, with a shiny new app, that helps you easily access workouts, recipes, courses and all our historic content + loads of new features to improve your experience.
In terms of billing - nothing changes.
Your subscription will continue to run via the billing structure in the Web App and you can easily access the Web App subscription settings from the Native App under the billing menu.
The only time this will change is if you ever cancel your subscription and sign up again in the Native App - your future billing will then be managed by the Google Play and Apple App Stores.
For reward points, the same applies.
You can keep redeeming your points towards subscriptions in the Web App. We do have exciting new plans to improve our rewards platform which will be launched in the new year in the Native app.
You may start noticing the Web App look a little bit different in the next few days - we’ve been working on a fresh look and feel for some of your programs, workouts and menus - so you may spot some new images in the Web App - all designed with love for the next phase of #JEFFEvolution.
So - what’s next and how do you access the Native App?
Once we go live - you will be able to search for the JEFF App in the Google Play and Apple App Stores and login with your existing log in details. Don’t register a new account! You will be able to sign in with your existing login details (email address and password), see your current programs, menus and explore the new features available to you.

How do I find my account email address?
You can easily find this by logging into the Web App at https://club.jeff.fitness/, navigating to the menu by clicking on your profile picture in the top right hand corner, scrolling to Personal and then seeing the email address linked to your account.
