This March is “Yes We Can” month at JEFF, led by Ed. Here’s the low down on how the JEFF community will be thriving together this March.

Life, Club and 1-1 Customers are invited to join us for the “Yes We Can” 21-Day Challenge between Monday, 7th March and Sunday, 27 March to keep your eating and exercise on point for 5/7 days each week. Earn 500 rewards points and stand a chance to win amazing weekly prizes from Sorbet and Vida e Cafe, and the grand prize of an all-expenses paid trip to Mozambique. Watch out for our skydiving spot prizes! Yes we can do anything, even if it scares us!

Please note that our monthly Challenges no longer follow one fixed exercise program and, instead, has the community uniting around the objective of keeping their eating and exercise on point for 5/7 days each week, regardless of what exercise plan they are following.

Club members, which includes 1-1 customers, can choose from any of our 100+ exercise programs, including exciting new programs launched every month, as well as our new-and-improved Challenge Accountability groups, which include support from Instructors and Coaches. This month Club members should look out for Louis’ brand new Strength Foundations program and Amy & Greg’s Let’s Get LIIT program.

Join us for the in-person “Buffalo March” walk/run on Saturday, 12 March at ParkRun locations across the country; and build up to Ed’s “Presidential Inauguration” workout on Saturday, 26 March by helping him choose his “cabinet” from the community who will join him alongside Mmusi Maimane at that workout.

Stay accountable with Group Support

For the first time we are making WhatsApp accountability groups available for the month of February. AND we'll be adding instructors and 1-1 coaches to these groups for added support.

That's right, you could be doing ANY exercise program or activity each week (not just our latest Challenges), and now you can be part of an accountability group that keeps you on track.

Club and 1-on-1 Members can register for an accountability group now. Hurry, registration closes at midnight this Wednesday.
