  • Your coach will work with you to set goals based on your personal history, current health and fitness and short and long-term objectives. These goals will be linked to a personalised exercise and nutrition plan accessible from JEFF's awesome Web App.

    You'll use the Web App to log your activity, check your progress, schedule assessments with your coach, participate in workouts and browse delicious recipes.

    WhatsApp will provide quick and easy communication with your coach. They'll check in with you here every day to motivate you, hold you accountable, answer your questions and ensure you're on track!

HOW IT WORKS

The JEFF 1-on-1 program is all about identifying your personal health goals together and supporting you every day to achieve them. Here’s how we work with you.

1. INITIAL ASSESSMENT

We begin with an in depth initial video assessment with a personal coach to understand your needs, struggles and goals.

2. TAILORED EXERCISE & NUTRITION PROGRAM

After your initial assessment, an exercise and nutrition program is tailored just for you.

3. GET ACCESS TO OUR APP

Access your daily exercise and eating program via an app.

4. CHECK IN DAILY WITH YOUR COACH

Ask questions, discuss, be accountable. And if you don’t, we will call or find you! Every day.

5. MONTHLY IN-DEPTH ASSESSMENT

Together with your coach, assess how you are tracking towards your goal. We then use this information to design your program for the next month.
