The JEFF 1-on-1 program is all about identifying your personal health goals together and supporting you every day to achieve them. Here’s how we work with you.
We begin with an in depth initial video assessment with a personal coach to understand your needs, struggles and goals.
After your initial assessment, an exercise and nutrition program is tailored just for you.
Access your daily exercise and eating program via an app.
Ask questions, discuss, be accountable. And if you don’t, we will call or find you! Every day.
Together with your coach, assess how you are tracking towards your goal. We then use this information to design your program for the next month.
