About the program

 

Join Dom & Jenna on a run program aimed at helping you start your run journey and to run your best 5km! Dom and Jenna have designed this program to coach your form, your efforts and to improve your overall run efficiency. You can look forward to guided audio runs, special pilates sessions and yoga for runners sessions. We have you covered from head to toe, let's hit the road!
Beginner to Intermediate (can cater to advanced based on effort level)

 

Starting Monday, 7th of November

Choose to follow it structured over 6 weeks, or self-paced as an addition to your other training.
