Take your training to the next level by following the highly anticipated GAS trio (Greg, Amy and Seri) of athletes. You will advance your strength and fitness in 40 minute sessions of dynamic, functional and full body training (including low impact variations if needed).
You need: A skipping rope, dumbbells (ideally two sets), a medicine ball and chair or box. This program will GAS you and we’re excited to have you join! .
