Join Jade on a 21 day journey to improve your physical strength. No matter if you’re training at home or at the gym, this program has got you covered to help you build strength, lean muscle mass and definition, all the while building your confidence in lifting weights.

This program is predominantly strength based, with 1 X 30 minute cardio workout every Wednesday, dedicated to improving your cardiovascular fitness. The strength sessions are 45 minutes on Mondays and Fridays.

By the end of this program you will be feeling stronger, and should be seeing a noticeable improvement in power and form in the execution of each exercise, taking you that much closer to you achieving your goals.

This program is perfect for anyone and everyone who wants to feel like a stronger, fitter, healthier version of themselves.

Equipment list: Dumbbells, barbell & a bench / chair.

Join Kathleen on a journey down to your toes…If you can’t touch your toes, performing a stretching routine that addresses each muscle area individually is the best way to improve your flexibility.

Working toward a full toe touch also gives you the benefits associated with good flexibility in general. During these two weeks you will fall in love with stretching and for only 15 minutes a day you will find more freedom in your body. The different sessions will target the muscles in the body that hold you back from that relaxing stretch down to your toes.

Equipment list: Yoga mat, Yoga strap (or towel/belt), Yoga blocks (or a couple of books)

Join Dom and Joe on an express training journey for 7 days, you will be trying different training techniques and intentions for the love of movement! For 7 days, you will have a 20 minute video based class per day to celebrate a week of falling in love all over again with exercise.

We have cardio, boxfit, strength, pilates, tabata and a lovely relaxing yoga session with Kathleen to round up the week!

Join Coach Ed as he goes back to the basics. Great for beginners or anyone returning to fitness, Ed will guide you through correct exercise form and simple workouts designed to get you moving like your body should.

Each session will be 25-35 minutes, focusing on various styles of strength, cardio and mobility throughout the week. These sessions will be both bodyweight and resistance oriented.

You can expect a major increase in strength, fitness, functional mobility and fat loss!
