About Me

Coach Jenna brings with her 10 years experience as a biokineticist, working with road and trail runners with a variety of chronic and orthopaedic conditions. Through her chosen career she has been able to live out her passion for movement, connecting with people from all walks of life.

From an early age Coach Jenna competed in numerous sporting activities. Currently she plays competitive hockey and is also focused on ultra running, having completed 7 Comrades Marathons to date with a goal of joining the Green Number Club. Between working, running, and hockey she has learned the importance of a proper balance of nutrition, rest, and exercise, as well as the value of being a part of a team.

As a previous JEFF 1-on-1 client she understands the program in detail, how to incorporate it into a busy work-life schedule, and can pay testimony to the program's effectiveness and the positive impact the JEFF team has on its members.

Coach Jenna is an encourager and thrives on walking alongside her clients as they embark on their personal fitness and wellness journeys. She loves to connect with others and through her understanding and compassionate personality she is able to get the best out of her clients by teaching them how to create lasting, positive change.

Your Coach will use their experience and expertise to give you an individualised exercise and meal plan - factoring in any conditions, injuries, or intolerances - and they’ll provide daily support, guidance and motivation like you’ve never experienced before!

They’ll devote their time to getting to know you. They’ll ensure they have a deep understanding of YOU and your personal journey to this point, to ensure they can provide a holistic approach that works where many others may not have before!

They’ll check in with you daily via WhatsApp messaging, to find out how you are, to motivate you, and to support you in any way they can! They’ll pick you up when you fall down, and give you a firm, but friendly, push when you need it!

They’ll hold you accountable to logging your exercise and nutrition in the JEFF Web App each day. They’ll review your exercise and meals, provide feedback, and make any adjustments necessary.

They’ll hold monthly assessments with you, where together you’ll check in on your progress and plan for the month ahead. After these sessions, you’ll feel proud of what you’ve achieved, clear on any changes you need to make, and excited for the next chapter in your journey!
