Too tense? Treat yourself to 21 days of Pilates & Yoga fusion with Dom and Kathleen and build core strength and flexibility.

This program has been filmed in beautiful locations ranging from beaches to the beautiful outdoors to add an extra mindfulness component. Sessions are 30 minutes long and this program can be self-paced to compliment other cardio and/or running programmes. You do not want to miss this program and they cannot wait to meet you on your mats! No equipment is required.

 

Starting Monday, 3rd of October

Choose to follow it structured over 6 weeks, or self-paced as an addition to your other training.
