Postpartum Training Track | 1-on-1 Coaching

We're launching a specialised training track for postpartum mums as part of our 1-on-1 Coaching program. Launching 28 June!

The purpose of this block is to assist women in the postpartum period with returning to training after doctor clearance. The focus of these training sessions is to build cardiovascular fitness, strength training and mobility.

The purpose of this block is to assist women in the postpartum period with returning to training after doctor clearance. The focus of these training sessions is to build cardiovascular fitness, strength training and mobility. Movement patterns in this block are designed to improve posture awareness, restore mobility and build on cardiovascular health. Important to note in this challenge, movement quality over quantity will be the focus in order for you to really benefit from the training sessions.

It is important to remember to pace yourself, set realistic goals and focus on training consistency in the next 12 weeks.

It is advised and expected, as a participant in this program, to be cleared by your doctor, and not experiencing symptoms of dysfunction and has seen or is working in conjunction with a pelvic floor physiotherapist in the presence of dysfunction.
