MEET YOUR LEAD,

LOUIS HAZELHURST

Louis Hazelhurst is a certified personal trainer with a background in professional rugby, playing for The Sharks. Discipline, a positive mindset, and hard work are at the core of his training methods that play a pivotal role in breeding personal success in his clients' health and fitness goals. Louis was brought up learning about the importance of a healthy lifestyle which he now teaches to his clients, and always endeavours to put a smile on their face. In his free time you will catch him having fun with family and friends.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Daily Exercise Programme

Our programmes include 30-minute instructor-led sessions with high and low intensity options on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. On Tuesdays and Saturdays, you will join your choice of 30-minute instructor-led sessions. All accessible from the JEFF Web App, at any time. Thursdays and Sundays will be your rest/active recovery days.

Daily Nutrition Programme

You will receive a day-by-day eating plan (regular and vegetarian) with different options for breakfast, lunch and dinner along with recipes and shopping lists to make shopping and preparation a breeze.

 

Library of Educational Programmes

Browse through our library of educational JEFF Ed sessions focused on health, exercise and nutrition or join an educational course.

 

 

The JEFF Web App

Access the JEFF Web App either through your computer browser or through your phone. Make sure to log your daily activity here. You can also access recipes, previous workouts and track your progress.

Coach Liz has a great passion for learning and sharing about self-care and self-love. Liz believes that embarking on a passage to a healthier mindset should be the first step in our health journeys, and has been practicing this approach with her clients for years.

She has a wealth of knowledge on topics such as self-worth, body positivity and positive self-talk, and a deep understanding of techniques to bring about desirable inner transformation to enhance one’s self-confidence.
