Join us for 6 weeks of 40 minute high cardio, strength and boxing workouts. You’ll get a 15 minute coach consultation plus a calorie-adjusted meal plan to reach your goals. PLUS, join our 10-person accountability groups in whatsapp and our program whatsapp group for daily motivation!
