WHAT TO EXPECT

The JEFF Web App

Get full access to the JEFF Web App to log your workouts, access recipes and track your progress. Once signed up you'll receive a step-by-step guide on how to navigate the web app. Wondering what it entails? Explore the Web App here:

Daily Activity Plan

The plan includes 35-minute instructor-led sessions with high and low intensity options on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Tuesdays and Saturdays, you will join your choice of a 30-minute instructor-led sessions. These sessions will be saved on the Web App and will be accessible for you at any time. Thursdays and Sundays will be your rest/active recovery days.

 

Accountability Group Support

You and your support team will be part of a WhatsApp group. Here you can post a post-workout selfie, and pictures of your breakfast, lunch and dinner if you'd like to. This will be a space where you'll all help each other stay on track together! *Please note this will be private.
You will also have the option of being part of a private Standard Bank Facebook Group (for internal use only) for the duration of the 21 day challenge.

Daily Nutrition Plan

You will receive a day-by-day eating plan (regular and vegetarian) with different options for breakfast, lunch and dinner along with recipes and shopping lists to make shopping and preparation a breeze.

Weekly Education Sessions

Weekly JEFF Ed sessions focused on mindfulness, exercise and nutrition.

 

Earn weekly badges

Stay on track, accept the challenge and make sure you log 3 workout dots to earn your weekly badge. These workouts can include any form of your favourite exercises e.g. your regular cycle, run or personal exercise class!

LOUIS

Coach Louis was taught about discipline and the importance of a healthy lifestyle from a young age, and he’s never looked back. Louis played semi-professional rugby with the Sharks then went on to a career in personal training.

He believes that a positive mindset and hard work achieves anything and his passion lies in helping people to change their lives positively – physically, mentally and emotionally.

Personally, he loves family time and being busy – you won’t catch Coach Louis in front of the TV… unless there’s sport on!
