You’re invited to join us!
Life, Club, and 1-on-1 members are invited to join us for the “Survive & Thrive” 21-Day Challenge* between Monday, 4 July and Tuesday, 2 August! With our community's tremendous support, you’ll aim to thrive by keeping your eating and exercise on point for 5/7 days each week.
Do the Challenge in the way that’s best for you!
You can do live workouts, past workouts, or follow any of our exercise programs - including exciting new additions for July! - whichever approach you find works best!
You can do it on your own, in a Group, or with a Coach - whichever is your preference, we have the right level of support for you!
Club and 1-on-1 members can choose from any of our 100+ exercise programs, and can join our new-and-improved Challenge Accountability Groups. Accountability Groups now include added support from Instructors and Coaches!

Join Dom and Seri on a 30-day program designed to shred! The silent assassin and the queen of darkness will sweat, laugh and power through with us. Look forward to fresh new workouts that combine high cardio with core, strength and conditioning across the 4 weeks. This program is for every fitness level and caters for high and low impact. You'll be added to our Facebook Group where we'll go live for closer interactions throughout the month of July. This is not a program you want to miss!

LIIT'S GET IMMUNITY
EXERCISE PROGRAM WITH JOE & JADE
LIIT’S Get Immunity is a challenging, low-impact, high-intensity 21-Day Program with Joe and Jade.
Although this is a low-impact program, putting less pressure on your joints, don’t be fooled, you’ll still be working up a serious sweat!
You’ll need: a bench/chair; some weights (anything between 2-4 kgs); and a whole lot of FIRE!!!
Every Friday workout, you’ll be working to earn your immunity with a hidden immunity exercise challenge. Be prepared to outwit, outplay and outlast from the comfort of your own home!

ZUMBALICIOUS

Are you ready for sessions that feel more like a dance party than a workout?!
Set to amazing upbeat music, this program will teach you the 4 basic Latin rhythms: Merengue, Salsa, Reggaeton, and Cumbia. You'll learn progressions of movement that will improve coordination and stimulate the major muscle groups of the body; targeting your core, arms, legs, glutes and back, while also improving your flexibility, strength and cardio endurance!
The Zumbalicious Program emphasises moving to music and having fun regardless of your fitness level. Look an upbeat, easy-to-follow workout that will leave you energised and wanting more. LET'S ZUMBA!

ED'S LOWER BODY
FITNESS PROGRAM WITH EDGAR
This specialised program has a healthy mix of HIIT and LIIT elements, and is designed for anyone looking to either enhance their leg training or avoid upper-body training. It focuses specifically on the quads, hamstrings, calves, glutes and core.
You'll only need a bench/chair to participate! A range of weights to suit your strength level is a plus, but not necessary as the bulk of the work is done with body weight.
The legs have to carry us everywhere we go, and improvements here have such widespread benefits. Let's strengthen them, make them more engaged, and improve overall fitness, performance and functionality!

SURVIVING BURNOUT
COURSE WITH KATHLEEN & CATHERINE
Burnout is a state of emotional, mental, and often physical exhaustion, brought on by prolonged or repeated stress. Though it’s most often caused by problems at work, it can also appear in other areas of life, such as parenting, caretaking, or romantic relationships.
This course will help you identify if you have burnout, and advise how it can be treated and what to do to avoid it. The important thing to note is that it is survivable, and this course will show you how!

To keep you informed, accountable and supported for the month, we’re setting up useful WhatsApp groups.
How can I stay informed during the month?
Everyone in Club, Club with 1-on-1 Coaching, and a select few engaged JEFFers on Life will be added to admin-only WhatsApp groups from Friday the 25th of March. The lead of the month will use these admin-only WhatsApp groups to connect with and serve you
How can I stay accountable and be supported during the month?
Everyone in Club and Club with 1-on-1 Coaching can opt into joining an accountability group for April. You’ll use your accountability groups to keep each other accountable and connect with one another.
How many rewards points can I earn?
Club & 1-on-1 Members can earn 500 rewards points per week that you get your 5 out of 7 — so you can earn 2,000 rewards points in total (worth R200)!
When are reward points granted?
Monday 12:00 SAST if you got your 5 out of 7 for the previous week.
What do I need to do to achieve my 5 out of 7?
Complete both your Exercise and Nutrition.
Exercise — Log a workout picture for 5 out of 7 days in a week.
Nutrition — Log 3 meal pictures for 5 out of 7 days in a week.
What prizes are up for grabs?
Completing your 5 out of 7 gets you into the draw to stand to win prizes each week.
How are prize winners going to be selected?
All prize-winners will be randomly selected.
How are prizes going to be sent to winners?
Prize vouchers will be sent to prize-winners via Whatsapp or Email communication. This will be done no later than 1 week after the date of announcement.

Yes, the 30-Day Survive & Thrive Premium Challenge is available to Club & 1-1 members. All you need to do is upgrade to Club and buy your challenge pass for R400.
