Amy Wilson Hardy is an international rugby player for England and Team GB and has competed in the Rio 2016 Olympic Games, Commonwealth Games in both Gold Coast (Bronze Medal) and Birmingham, two Rugby 7s World Cups and a 15s World Cup.

She loves to impart her experience of being a professional athlete through her programming of sessions but also shares important off field learnings of mental resilience, training attitudes and how to get the best out of every workout.
