AMY WILSON HARDY

Amy Wilson Hardy comes to JEFF with years of sporting experience in rugby, having competed in the Rio Olympic Games, Gold Coast Commonwealth Games, and more. Motivated by that post-workout high, she inspires her clients to give it their all when reaching for their health and fitness goals. Outside of rugby and training hard, she loves being outdoors, and cooking.

GREG MALLETT

Greg Mallett is a fitness instructor with 15 years experience, as well as sporting experience in water polo and provincial rugby. Coming from a lineage of coaches and teachers, Greg emanates an infectious passion for health, fitness, and nutrition. Having previously undergone major surgery, he's returned to the fitness industry with a host of life lessons that empower others to realise their health and fitness dreams. Greg is nurturing, enthusiastic and can lead you along the road to success.  

ABOUT THE CHALLENGE

TUESDAY, 1 MARCH - MONDAY, 21 MARCH

Greg and Amy combine their expertise to lead you on 3 weeks of customized workouts for your team. A physical and mental Challenge aimed at teaching you correct form while performing compound movements, full-body strengthening, core and conditioning. You will also recieve a Nutrition program to fit your preferences, fuel, nourish and energize you along this 3-week journey.  

Daily Exercise Programme

The programme includes 30-minute instructor-led sessions with high and low intensity options on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. On Tuesdays and Saturdays, you will join your choice of 30-minute instructor-led sessions. All accessible from the JEFF Web App, at any time. Thursdays and Sundays will be your rest/active recovery days.

Daily Nutrition Programme

You will receive a day-by-day eating plan (regular and vegetarian) with different options for breakfast, lunch and dinner along with recipes and shopping lists to make shopping and preparation a breeze.

 

Library of Educational Programmes

Browse through our library of educational JEFF Ed sessions focused on health, exercise and nutrition or join an educational course.

 

 

Earn weekly badges

Stay on track, accept the challenge and make sure you log 3 workout dots to earn your weekly badge. These workouts can include any form of your favourite exercises e.g. your regular cycle, run or personal exercise class! Daily Activity Plan

The plan includes 30-minute instructor-led sessions with high and low intensity options on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Tuesdays and Saturdays, you will join your choice of a 30-minute instructor-led sessions. These sessions will be saved on the Web App and will be accessible for you at any time. Thursdays and Sundays will be your rest/active recovery days.

 

Support Facebook Group

You will have the option of being part of a private Roche Diabetes Care IMEA? WhatsApp Accountability Group (for internal use only) and for the duration of the 28 day challenge, where each day you will receive your day-by-day plan, post a post-workout selfie and stand a chance to win! You'll all help each other stay on track together and motivate each other throughout the challenge.
