About the program


This program has been put together to give you an understanding of breathwork and meditation techniques. You will learn how to use your breath as a wonderful tool to start controlling all systems in your body to bring the mind and body into a state of relaxation. Anxiety, depression and stress – Statistics worldwide are alarming and increasing rapidly. At this moment in time, it is essential for each and every one to know how to manage their mental health, either as a preventative practice or for the management of specific conditions.
This program is for anyone wanting to learn and explore the use of breathing and meditation techniques. No experience is required, just a beginner's mind 10-30mins daily.
