About the program

 

Join Amy as she takes you on a journey to learn what it’s like to train like an athlete. No stone will be left unturned as you complete strength, cardio and hybrid sessions. For those that want to go the extra mile, two running sessions will be provided each week, each one with a different fitness goal. Recovery is also extremely important for athletes so different methods will be spoken about for you to try so you can get optimal results. The whole body will be worked and sessions will be designed to challenge you. However remember, it’s ultimately down to you - how hard are you willing to push?
