Led by Kathleen Booyse and co-facilitated by Dr. Anesu Mbizvo, our retreat offered a diverse range of workshops and classes designed to address every aspect of wellness. From inspiring yoga sessions to insightful workshops on self-love and positive self-talk, participants were equipped with the tools and techniques needed to live a more abundant life.

One of the most rewarding aspects of our retreat was the opportunity to connect with like-minded women from all corners of the globe. Through nurturing group conversations and shared experiences, participants formed meaningful connections and found support and encouragement in one another.
