My journey with JEFF started in 2021. I am now 53 years old.
While women my age struggle with heavy menopausal symptoms, I've been fortunate not to experience heavy hormonal symptoms. I truly believe that regular exercise and mindful nutrition have played a huge role in that. One of the biggest changes is a significant reduction in stress and anxiety. Exercise helps clear my mind and stabilize my mood. I sleep much better and when I do feel fatigue creeping in, I reflect on my nutrition. My recent blood work showed no issues with cholesterol and my blood pressure is perfectly normal. My Doctor actually told me that my bone density is better than many of his patients in their 20's! For me this stage of life isn't about decline, it's about empowerment. Staying active, eating well and listening to my body has allowed my hormones to stay balanced and my overall health to thrive.

Joining the JEFF community was the best thing I ever did for myself!
Everything is under one umbrella which makes things so much simpler. It takes all the stress out of starting this journey as everything is laid out for you, meal plans, recipes, shopping lists, exercise programs, and the most amazing support of the JEFF Team, from the Coaches to admin. Menopause brought changes I wasn't fully prepared for, hot flashes, sleepless nights, mood swings, brain fog…  What really helped me was returning to the basics of moving my body and nourishing it well. Exercise is more than just staying fit, it helped give me back my sense of control and confidence. Eating well gave me back my energy and feeling of well being. Having everything that JEFF offers behind you is like having a friend to get you through!
