Building on the success of the popular Low Impact Bootcamp 1.0, Dom is back with a 6 week challenge focused on building strength.
Each week you’ll do 3x 40 minute low impact classes, with a focus on upper body, lower body, core and full body strength workouts.
This Program Includes:
Suitable for all fitness levels, Dom will provide you with weight options and exercise adjustment to suit all abilities, and the program will build in intensity over the 6 week period.
• Yoga mat
• Dumbbells (2-3 sets)
• Resistance band
You’ll need some dumbbells for this challenge, ideally a light, medium & heavy weight set and a medium resistance band.
Also includes full access to the JEFF Fitness App which includes over 3000 on-demand workouts, more than 700 recipes, tracking tools, meditations, podcasts and more!




Dominique is a passionate runner and experienced physiotherapist who knows what it takes to keep you strong, balanced, and injury-free. Dom brings both clinical knowledge and personal passion to every session. She is a two-times marathon finisher, two-times Ironman 70.3 finisher and multiple endurance race finisher.
