Each week you’ll do 3x 40 minute classes led by Joe, with a focus on strength, fitness and
core workouts. It is going to be challenging! But that’s why we’re here.You’ll work hard,
sweat a lot and feel the burn. But you’ll also see results and feel amazing!

Equipment required

• Yoga mat
• Dumbbells (2-3 sets)
• Resistance band
• Chair or bench

This challenge requires some dumbbells, ideally a light, medium & heavy weight set and a medium resistance band.
