Each week you'll do 4x 45-minute sessions led by Joe, with a focus on strength, core and cardio.
It's  going to be challenging - but that's exactly why you're here.  You'll work hard,
sweat, and feel the burn. You'll also see results and feel amazing.

Equipment
Required

• Yoga / exercise mat
• Dumbbells (light, medium & heavy)
• Resistance / booty bands (fabric preferred)
• Bench or sturdy chair
• Optional: kettlebell, skipping rope

This challenge uses some dumbbells - ideally a light, medium and heavy set - plus a resistance  band. For guidance on which weights to use and why we prefer fabric bands, participants can check  the eBook.This challenge requires some dumbbells, ideally a light, medium & heavy weight set and a medium resistance band.

Also includes full access to the JEFF App (thousands of on-demand workouts, recipes, trackers,  meditations, podcasts and more).
