This challenge focuses on HIIT and Strength workouts led by JEFF Coach Shaun in a progressive program over 6 weeks. And because nutrition is as much a part of getting in shape, JEFF Nutritionist Toni has created a fat-loss menu to get you on track to feeling your best this summer.

By focusing on effective workouts and prioritizing your nutrition for 6 weeks, you’ll be heading into summer not just looking good but also feeling your best.

Equipment Required

You’ll need some dumbbells for this challenge, ideally a light & medium weight set.
