Exercise

  • ✓ All exercise programs are video-based with inspiring instructors. Either cast to your Smart TV or watch on your phone in the JEFF WebApp.

  •  
  • ✓ Choose from cardio, strength, yoga, pilates, running and gym-based exercise programs across all fitness levels

  •  
  • ✓ Exercise programs are 3-6 weeks long, but you can choose to do it at your own pace.

  •  
  • ✓ Workouts are between 20 and 45 min long depending on the program you choose.

✓ Log your exercise dots and earn reward points!

Nutrition

  • ✓ Enter your current weight, desired weight and nutritional preferences. We automatically recommend a calorie-adjusted meal plan for you to reach your goals

  • ✓ Choose from one of our many menus such as Low-Carb, Start Simple, Plant-based, or 30 minute meals.

  •  
  • ✓ Or get inspired from hundreds of recipes to level up your cooking. You’ll find curries, steaks, soups, pastas, bakes, desserts, snacks and anything else you can imagine.

  • ✓ Log your nutrition dots and earn reward points!

Support

  • ✓ As part of JEFF Club, you get access to an expert Club Coach. Book an optional monthly consult with them to make sure you’re on track. They’ll reach out if you disappear and feel free to chat to them in the WebApp when or if you need help.

 

  • ✓ Get extra support from the community by joining special interest groups, creating accountability chats or joining our in-person events.

 

  • ✓ We also have a large selection of Courses covering everything from mental strength and eating for a healthy gut to makeup and skincare.
