Fast paced High Intensity Interval Training workouts to build strength and stamina.

Daily yoga classes to improve flexibility, restore muscles and calm minds.

Low Impact Interval Training workouts for repairing and building muscles.

Weekly live cooking sessions, healthy recipes and nutrition plans.

The class is geared for a fun and high energy workout while dancing.
