In this 90 day program, Coach Toni, with her PHD in Physiology, coaching experience and as co-author of JEFF Nourished Cookbook, will take you through 12 weeks of 1-1 advanced daily coaching centred around nutrition. Each week includes a short video on nutrition principles, with key themes that you can unpack with her. The goal: To teach you the foundations of a healthy, balanced diet and to help you learn to love nourishing and moving your body.

  Meet Toni  

Coach Toni is an easy-going, personable, ‘always look on the bright side’ kind of girl. Evidenced by her PhD in Human Physiology and years of industry experience in dietary supplements, she has had a lifelong interest in human health. Coach Toni is deeply fascinated by how all bodily systems work in unison, which is why she understands the importance of having a solid physical, mental and nutritional foundation.

Coach Toni is a passionate foodie who loves to cook up wholesome meals and teach others to be creative in the kitchen. She is a firm believer that we should eat the colours of the rainbow at every meal to nourish and feed our physiology.

Having experienced the commitment and perseverance that it takes to push through an exercise program, and personally used exercise to overcome life’s battles, Coach Toni uses her own journey to motivate and support others. Her empathetic, gentle nature allows others to open up to her.

In her spare time, she surfs, walks her fur-baby in the mountains, plays guitar, and experiments with food – her kitchen and the outdoors make her heart the happiest.

Coaching style:

Perfect combination of kick-ass and empathy. My approach is to always have a safety rope that connects my clients to me, but knowing that sometimes that rope will need to be lengthened and sometimes that rope will be very short. Life happens, and I understand that, but I try to help you have a plan for when it does.

This program is for those who often find themselves at the extremes - yo-yo-ing between eating well and eating poorly. It’s for anyone who wants to improve their relationship with food, because like any relationship, a healthy relationship requires a bit of effort. This program is about helping you find balance - eating well for the majority of time, but also allowing yourself the freedom to eat food that makes you happy. This program will educate you so that you understand why we should eat in a certain way.

When you’ve finished this program, our aim is that you’ll leave with unconditional permission to eat the food that really makes you feel good mentally and physically.

How can I stay informed during the month?

How can I stay accountable and be supported during the month?

Everyone in Club and Club with 1-on-1 Coaching can opt into joining an accountability group for April. You’ll use your accountability groups to keep each other accountable and connect with one another.

How many rewards points can I earn?
