Over the next 6 weeks build up your speed and distance to run your best 10k! Dom (Physio and runner/triathlete) & Jenna (Biokinesticist and ultra-distance Comrades runner) will guide you through a program of guided audio runs, special pilates sessions and prehab sessions to get you to a faster, more comfortable 10k than you have before.
They will share tips on fueling your body, chat about running shoes, and guide you on running form. This program is designed for you if you have run 10km before (fast or slow!) and you are looking to feel stronger and faster on the roads or trails.
