5 Week Cardio Program with Joe

 

 

About the program

 

Join Joe for 5 weeks of Pure Cardio. It’s the final push before entering December and this programme has been designed to get your heart rate up and your sweat dripping. Each session will be a duration of 30 minutes, focussing on various styles of cardio throughout the week. These sessions will be body-weight orientated with the optional addition of a skipping rope. You can expect an increase in fitness and an increase in your endurance. Let's sweat now and shine later!

 

 

Starting Monday, 7th of November

Choose to follow it structured over 5 weeks, or self-paced as an addition to your other training.
