Toni is an easy-going, optimistic coach with a PhD in Human Physiology and years of experience in the health industry. Passionate about how the body works as a whole, she combines her expertise with a love for cooking to inspire others to build a strong physical, mental, and nutritional foundation.

A firm believer in “eating the rainbow,” Toni creates wholesome meals and encourages creativity in the kitchen. Her empathetic and supportive nature, paired with her own journey of using exercise to overcome challenges, makes her a relatable and motivating coach.
